I currently hold a Master Of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor through the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I have over fifteen years of experience working with families and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, addiction, trauma and PTSD, parenting challenges, divorce, blended families, postpartum challenges and grief and loss. I am also passionate about supporting individuals who are experiencing vicarious trauma, burnout and compassion fatigue. I specialize in trauma counselling, including pre-birth, pregnancy and birth trauma. I am also part of the LGBTQQIP2SAA community and am passionate about working with children/youth and their families, within this community.
I am currently available Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 5pm. I am currently doing both in person sessions and phone sessions. Current COVID-19 protocols in place.
