I currently hold a Master Of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor through the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I have over ten years of experience working with families and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, addiction, trauma and PTSD, parenting challenges, divorce, postpartum challenges and grief and loss. I am also passionate about supporting individuals who are experiencing vicarious trauma, burnout and compassion fatigue. I specialize in trauma counselling, including pre-birth, pregnancy and birth trauma. I am currently available Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
